- How soon do I need to make reservations?
We rent on a first come, first serve basis so we recommend reserving your inflatable as soon
as your party is planned. Because of our high inventory, we most likely will have something for
you so it is really never too late to call.
- Do you require a deposit?
Payment is due when we arrive to set up your inflatable with the exception of waterunits. Any water
unit that is reserved, we require a $50 deposit that goes towards the total of your rental We accept
Cash, Visa and MasterCard.
- What if I need to cancel due to weather or other circumstances?
You may cancel at any time for any reason as long as it is before we arrive at your home to set up the unit.
If the weather is bad or looks like it could get bad, you must cancel before we have come to set up the
unit. Once the unit is set up, no refunds will be issued. We also reserve the right to cancel an
inflatable rental in conditions of extreme winds and rain.
- How much does it cost to rent an inflatable?
Prices range depending on which unit you want to rent and how long you would like them for. We also
have special prices during our slower season. Call for our current pricing.
- How far will you come to set up an inflatable?
We are willing to come as far as you would like us to, although some conditions apply. Call for details.
- Do you rent out your equipment in the winter or snow?
Yes, we can and will set up our equipment in the winter, with or without snow.
- Do you have insurance?
Yes, we carry liability insurance and it is always important to make sure
whoever you are renting from has insurance. You are required to sign a waiver taking
responsibility for the equipment while in your care. Our driver will go over all the
rules for each inflatable when he has you sign the waiver.
- When are you open for phone calls?
You may call us at any time. We always have our phones forwarded. If you get the answering machine
it means we are on another call or unable to get the phone at that time. Please leave a message and
we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
- What time do you deliver?
We promise to have your items set up and ready to go prior to your party start, but you will only be
charged for the time that you requested.
- Does the blower need electricity?
Yes, you will need a standard 110V outlet near the set up area. The blowers run continuously and use
approximately 13 cents of electricity per hour. If you do not have electricity or want to set up in the
park, we have generators available for rent.
